Shuki Bruck

Shuki Bruck is a co-founder and the Chairman of MemVerge. He is the Gordon and Betty Moore professor of Computation and Neural System and Electrical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). He was the founding director of the Caltech Information Science and Technology (IST) program. He co-founded and served as Chairman of the technology companies XtremIO and Rainfinity.

Shuki is a Fellow of the IEEE, a recipient of the Feynman Prize for Excellence in Teaching, a Sloan Research Fellowship and a National Science Foundation Young Investigator Award.

Shuki received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Charles Fan

Charles Fan is co-founder and CEO of MemVerge. Prior to MemVerge, Charles was the CTO of Cheetah Mobile leading its global technology teams, and an SVP/GM at VMware, founding the storage business unit that developed the Virtual SAN product. Charles also worked at EMC and was the founder of the EMC China R&D Center. Charles joined EMC via the acquisition of Rainfinity, where he was a co-founder and CTO.

Charles received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union.

Kathy Do

VP Finance and Operations

Kathy is responsible for Finance and Operations at MemVerge. She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and business operations with a track record in leadership of building strong teams to support growing companies.

Prior to MemVerge, Kathy was Vice President, Controller at MapR Technologies where she joined as one of the earliest employees and developed infrastructure in accounting and operations that spanned the company’s growth from a startup to a well-established industry player. Prior to MapR, Kathy held the corporate controller position at Xactly Corporation, Rainfinity and SQRIBE. Her broad experience includes global accounting operations, ERP system setup and implementation, financial planning, and cash management. Kathy has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jeffrey Wang

VP of Engineering

Jeffrey is a seasoned engineering leader who has played an integral role in some of the most important products and innovations in the networking, computing, and cybersecurity software industries. With a 10+ year career at Cisco, Jeffrey was Vice President of Engineering in the Data Center Group with responsibilities ranging from Cisco's Unified Computing System (UCS) software to various I/O virtualization technologies. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey managed the software development team of the Cisco Catalyst 6500, the most widely deployed networking switch product in the industry, to drive various innovations. Jeffrey worked at four successful startups and helped to build some most innovative products and software. At Nuova Systems, he led the team and built a Unified Computing System (UCS) software platform from the ground up, which became the core of Cisco's data center portfolio. At Big Switch Networks,  he led the team and delivered two innovative SDN fabric products: Big Switch Fabric and Big Monitoring Fabric. At Veriflow systems, Jeffrey led the team and built an intent-based networking and predictive analytics software platform, which became part of the VMware’s observability software platform offering. At Awake Security, he led the team and delivered an advanced cyber security analytics software platform that detects and visualizes behavioral mal-intent and compliance incidents with full-forensics context, which became Arista Network's cybersecurity Network Detection and Response (NDR) product offering. Before joining MemVerge, Jeffrey was Aare VP of Engineering at Arista Network's cybersecurity division responsible for engineering R&D activities.

Jon Jiang

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jon leads corporate marketing and the overall go-to-market strategy for MemVerge. Prior to MemVerge, Jon was the co-founder and CEO of Lulutrip, an industry-leading eCommerce platform for tours and activities—one of the fastest-growing segments in TravelTech. Under his leadership, Lulutrip was acquired and became the core business of i++ Travel Group.

Jon’s success as an entrepreneur was fueled by his experience within world-class enterprises, including VMware, EMC, Cisco, and Bellcore. Having held senior roles across marketing, sales, and product management, he developed the unique breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to scale fast-growing organizations.

Jon received his M.S. in Information Systems from New York University and his B.S. in Engineering from The Cooper Union, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Shu Wang

As Chief Technology Officer, Shu works closely with the executive leadership team to define and drive technology strategy and product development at Memverge.

At Memverge, Shu has been a key technical leader across major initiatives and has founded several strategic projects, including Gismo and MemMachine.

Shu brings extensive experience from both industry and startup environments. He co-founded Ejitec, a pioneer of SSD technology in China, where he served as Vice President of Software Engineering. He later held leadership roles as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Infocore.
